Reno Heart Reno Heart Necklace Necklaces at Brighton

On May 7, 2013:
I received the Reno Heart necklace, bracelet and earrings last Christmas. I LOVE the design, but the silver bead-like details that are spaced along the necklace began to fall down out of their place a month or two ago. The two sides of the necklace are no longer symmetrical. Disappointed.

My sweet husband got me this necklace & the rest of the collection for Valentines Day. I get so many compliments on this collection. I love to wear it!

I gave the Reno heart to my best friend for her birthday, & she absolutely Loved it! She was so proud of it,she posted it on Facebook. I received text messages & Facebook messages complimenting her necklace! It was the perfect gift!

On June 25, 2012:
I love this necklace. Its stunning and I received many compliments. However the third time I wore it one of the beads came loose and kept sliding out of place. I brought it back to my local Brighton store at Century City and asked for it to be exchanged for another one. They instead told me that since I bought more than 30 days ago (I bought it 7 weeks ago) that it had to be sent our for repair and would take 4-6 weeks for me to get it back! I was very displeased about this since I was planning to wear the necklace to an event next week. I love Brighton but this experience will make me think twice the next time I buy something there.

I bought the Reno Heart necklace, wore it out that night, got so many compliments went back to Brighton's the next day and bought the matching bracelet! Just love it!!!!
