I had the same experience with the heart falling off. Took it back to the store and they told me they would have to send it back to be fixed. After waiting over 6 weeks, I will now be taking it back again because the heart fell off after 2 weeks. Wonder how many people have just been frustrated and not done anything...

Completely disappointed with my first Brighton purchase. After reattaching the heart to the ring on multiple occasions I lost the heart on a shopping trip. Never even heard it fall. For $24.00 I expected it to last a little longer than a month. Hate to say it but I haven't purchased any Brighton since.

Love the key chain, have bought it three times and all three broke just a few months after getting them. The side from where the ring hangs breaks easily. Have a collection of necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches, bags, and anklets...the keychain is a disappointment.
