You're an inspiration to your team...
As a Key Partner you are involved in leading and modeling the Brighton Customer service standards with every customer every day. Your ability to share the inspiration behind the Brighton Product and introduce new items to each customer is a gift- a gift to be shared.

You know how important atmosphere is...
You serve as a leader on the team to create a fun and energetic Brighton store environment for both the sales partners and our customers.

You can grow..as we grow!
You have the opportunity to grow toward management responsibilities by being involved in training the Sales Partners regarding Brighton Product knowledge and our operational standards.

We are so excited about our new Brighton Collectibles store opening in Parkway Plaza this fall!
