    Latch not too secure

    I bought this necklace at Brighton, Westfield Mall, Santa Clara ( one hour drive from home). Dec 20th, 2023.

    When I got home, I noticed the store did not give me receipt and the necklace has no tag😕.

    I also notice that the latch was not very tight. I am afraid to loose any charms.

    Now how can I exchange or return it without tag attached to it and no receipt.

    Was it sold to me a returned item and a defective one?

    So disappointed.
