We accept most returns and exchanges within 60 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us by mail or exchange it at a Brighton Collectibles store within 60 days for a refund in your original form of payment.
(Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)
Brighton accepts returns within 60 days of receiving your order.
There is a $5 processing fee on returns to original tender. No fees for exchanges or returns for store credit.
Please ensure that all items being returned are in the original condition, unworn, with original tags/tickets attached with packaging materials present.
We cannot accept returns on customized items or face masks.
You will be asked to enter your order number and/or email to initiate your return. Once you have completed the return process, you will be provided with a printable shipping label to return your items. Please include only the items associated with your shipping label.
Once your return is received, we issue your refund to your selected form of refund method (original form of payment or store credit).
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, not to worry, we have a one year warranty that covers any defects that may have occured during the manufacturing process. Contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
