I love working at Brighton. It's a fun place and a great company to work for with great incentives such as health benefits, 401K, bonus and many store contests. There is also a fun atmosphere with partners and customers while working. And there is always room for growth within the company. We treat each other very well like family from the upper management to the sales partners. And Brighton is a privately owned company. The most important thing is that Jerry cares about us. Brighton is what I've always been looking for.

The unbelievably talented designers amaze and inspire me with their passion for designing our product which in turn inspires me to share with others. I am also grateful for the opportunities made available to me to travel to California and meet Jerry and Laura. The warmth, dedication and generosity they show their partners are unmatched in the retail environment.

I work for Brighton because the Company treats its Managers very well. Brighton is very generous. We earn our way to the “spotlight”, and are rewarded for a job well done. My Brighton Story began with my love of Brighton footwear and leather goods, and grew with my passion for the jewelry and accessories. For the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure of sharing Jerry and Terri’s dream while working in two Brighton Collectibles stores in Colorado and Massachusetts. Both stores have provided me with amazing managers, coworkers, and clients. Being able to share our designer’s inspiration to create memorable shopping experiences for these clients means the world to me.
Having been a long time extremely satisfied consumer of Brighton and visiting the Cherry Hill store on numerous occasions, it became evident to me that this is the friendly, warm and intimate environment where I could thrive. In the 5 1/2 years that I have worked for Brighton as a Key Partner I have never been happier. I’ve developed a long list of loyal customers who many have become my friends socially.
A culture of giving back to the community, caring for its clients, and appreciation for employees are just a few reasons why I chose to pursue a career with Brighton. Over the 16 years I’ve worked for Brighton, I’ve built many relationships where my colleagues and clients are like family. I don’t have to go to work; I get to go to work.

What inspired me to join the Brighton family 6 years ago was Terri and Jerry Kohl's commitment to their BRAND and their PEOPLE. They give me, as a working mother, an opportunity to provide for my family and have a true work life balance. They are not only helping me build a professional path, they are helping me build my children's foundation and their future. I am thankful that Terri and Jerry give me this opportunity every day.
