Brighton
Whatever your style, personality, career, or mood, Brighton accessories are designed for you!

You always heart the one you love

Our husband’s favorite holiday is the Super Bowl, so it’s only fair that Jessie, Karyn, Patti and I get to have Valentine’s Day. If our guys dare to ignore us, they’ll do so at their own peril…while they are ignoring, we'll be out at our favorite Brighton retailers’, restoring our supplies of new accessories for spring. (I think it was Ivana Trump who advised other women, “Don’t get even – get everything!” Of course, we girlfriends (and you, I’m sure) are all reasonable women, so we will show a little more restraint.

Truly though, this is the time for men to make more than a casual gesture toward the object of their affections – and, let’s clarify this, by gesture we don’t mean waving us toward the cooler for a “beer run” during the game!

At times like Valentine’s Day, an overwhelming feeling of warmth and caring flows over us for our husbands…some of it comes from laughing about

their sports addictions, but receiving a heartfelt token of their affection is much more effective– Cupid’s arrows hit their mark and pay off later, with big dividends for our guys in the love department!

That’s why it’s up to us to help them – the romantically challenged – to do what’s best, by making sure they see our Brighton wishlists. And, if you want a gift that’s chic instead of

“geek”, I recommend that you do the same. Just to get you started thinking, here’s what we’ve asked for: Patti wants Brighton’s new Pink Side-Wheel Duffel – she prefers rolling those pretty fabric scrolls down airplane aisles to scrolling down any computer screen.. Karyn has her heart set on the Scarlett Heart Clutch in gleaming bronze metallic leather, to carry her into tanning weather. Me- I just want the Love fragrance, to remind me of how much I care for him!

We have a wish for you as well – daily laughter, love that makes you smile and a great Valentine’s gift to Brighton your day on February 14th!

“Love is like a precious plant. You've got to keep watering it. You've got to really look after it and nurture it.”
