At Brighton, it's you our customers who are divine. And it goes without saying that we're completely human, and make some mistakes. Please tell us if you notice any and we'll do our best to set things straight. (Murphy would understand why things go wrong. So, to help you forgive us, we've written our own "Murphy's Laws")

• The internet prices are off because the system re-aligned the styles. (To err is human, but to really foul things up requires a computer.)
• You rush to make your purchase and participate in a promotion, only to find out "while supplies last" didn't last long enough.
• The color you want is the color we don't make.
• Your watch broke two months after the warranty expired? Murphy saw that one coming!
• If there is a possibility of several things going wrong the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.
• Your dog used your Brighton purse, wallet or shoes as a chew toy.
• The style you fell in love with on the internet is no longer being manufactured.
• The style you saw on the web site doesn't come in your size.
• Your Memory bag has a blurry picture on it (your memories are fading...maybe you'll forget our mistake, too, then?)
• Your memory bag has someone else's children on it.
• The clasp on your watch didn't work but you decided to wear it one last time before having it repaired ,and it turned out to be the last time because you lost it.
• You leave your handbag on top of your car as you rush to pick up the kids.

• "The chance of a style being discontinued is directly proportional to the customer's desperation to have it..."
• If everything with a promotion seems to run perfectly, look again.
• There is no catalog mistake so large that it can’t be missed by 25 proofers...and only after the catalog is printed can everyone see the error from across the room! (Work smarder and not harder and be careful of yor speling)
• You try to see your orders online only to find a blank screen.
