On October 16, 2012: The necklace arrived beautifully packaged for my mother's Birthday gift! When she opened it up the watch battery was dead! She called Brighton and they told her she would have to ship it back to Brighton and it could tak 4-6 weeks to replace the battery! She sent it back and still hasn't been able to wear her birthday gift : ( ! Brighton has always had beautiful products and I wish they would have more attention to detail! If only one person would have checked to see if the battery was working in the watch my mothers birthday gift would have been perfect!
