I absolutely love this bracelet and fortunately have not had any issues with the clasp opening and I wear it every single day. It was given as a gift and I am now buying another for a gift for someone else ;-)

This bracelet has a clasp that comes undone and spills beads. This has happened to me three times. Once getting dressed, once in my purse, and once getting out of the car with material for a meeting. I won't wear it again.

I received the bracelet as a gift for Christmas after wanting one for so long and I only wore it twice. The first time I wore it…it fell off somehow and lost in the store. But it was turned in to the lost and found but the bead was missing. So I had to replace the bead. The second time I wore it was a bridal shower and I was holding my niece and I noticed it fell off again, but the same bead I had to replace, went missing so I had to replace it a second time. The heart part of the bracelet where you insert the bead at is supposed to “click” in and stay put, but mine somehow seems to click in but it’s broken. So, I was going to send it and get it fixed, but that would take weeks to fix a small part of the bracelet. So is it really worth the wait and shipping cost to get it fix? Now I know that there are some people who had the same issue with the bracelet. I love the bracelet, it’s pretty but there are some kinks with it that Brighton need to change/fix. I’m just going to just buy a different bracelet (to replace) that costs the same as much and just pay the $2.50 shipping (which is cheap for a $32.00 necklace), instead of waiting weeks to get it back from being repair because I want to wear it more often and I found other ones that maybe more sturdy enough so it doesn’t fall off! I do NOT recommend anybody to get this bracelet!
Lost my bracelet

Thought maybe my loss was a fluke, until i read the other review. I was wearing 2 mini charm bracelets loaded up with minis. At the end of the day I noticed I had only one! I must have touched the release button when I was digging thru my purse. Later on, I found 10 beads at the bottom of my purse, but no bracelet and I lost about 12 beads along with it. Really sad about losing that $100+ worth of stuff. And as I told my friend, at least it wasn't one of my diamonds!

This is a great bracelet but I have one complaint about the little button on the heart to add beads. I have two stopper beads on each side and thank goodness I did because I brushed the button on the couch and it opened, but because I had the stoppers on none of my beads fell off. Maybe for the future they can make the button more secure or change the clasp so it's the same as the other bracelets.
