First time disappointed

Got this for Christmas. It beautiful but the chain gets tangled really bad and afraid I will break it. And I hate the pouches and it causes this to tangle it worse. And my biggest gripe is the chain needs to be longer without adding extenders. It is really so short it left red marks on my neck. Never had this problem with my other jewelry from Brighton.......

Beautiful item; packaged poorly

This item was a gift and accompanied the matching hoop earrings. The necklace is beautiful and made a great gift. Note about shipping: Unfortunately, it was shipped in the Brighton satchel bag (which is nice and works for most things). The necklace arrived horribly tangled. Because the chain is somewhat delicate, I was very concerned about breaking it. My recommendation - ask that it be shipped in a box in the instruction section.

i already had the earrings and was so happy to see this necklace. Very stunning; brings lots of compliments. Only downside... mailed in a pouch... took 10 minutes to untangle!! Well worth it though. Absolutely love it.
