The only way I was going to stop losing the small plastic electronic key to every important door at work was to wear it around my neck. Black string wasn't doing it for me (nor was borrowing a loaner key... they were threatening to charge me rent... ).

Solution : find something I don't mind, even enjoy wearing. A coworker suggested these beautiful lanyards and I ordered one immediately. I wear silver mainly, so this fits my style perfectly. No more key left at home, and another piece of jewelry to wear (that's a good thing ).
