I receive compliments each and every time I wear this necklace. I own the blue version and I could care less if I am unable to change cords or put it on a different chain. It is beautiful.

I love my blue Venus Rising Necklace, but I wish for the stone to have the ability to be used on one of Brighon's beautiful silver chains, as the blue cloth doesn't always go with what I'm wearing. Brighton makes such beautiful chains. For Valentine's Day, my husband was going to take me to the Santa Barbara store and let me pick a chain out...but now i realized the stone is unable to be taken off the cloth without cutting it. Bummer....it's such a beautiful stone & setting. (Hope Brighton considers doing this...as then I will buy all the other colors!)

This is such a beautiful collection, and I now own the larger Venus necklace, but for those times when I would like to just wear a single crystal pendant, I really don't always want to wear a brown cloth necklace, and this pendant cannot be removed over the large silver ends of the cloth necklace. It would be wonderful to have this available as a pendant only or on a simple silver flat chain similar to the grander Venus necklace chain, but I have held off buying this (and Brighton does not make a similar color large single crystal necklace) because of the "chain" issue.
