Disappointing

I absolutely love this key fob, but it has been broken more than it has been in use!! Especially because of the 6 wk turnaround time getting it fixed. I'm not rough either, I have only dropped my keys twice. The pin keeps falling out of the hinge - even after it was 'repaired'.

I really like my Contempo Key Fob, but...the pin holding the medallion to the keyring fell out. I'm told it can be repaired, but I have to take it to a store where it will be sent away for 4-6 weeks for repair before being sent back to the store, where I will have to go pick it up. What a long time to not have my keyring/key fob!! I was thinking I'd be without it for about a week or that they'd just even exchange me for a new one that isn't broken and make it easier. Should've lasted longer before breaking also since I'm not rough or hard on it.
