Falls Apart

I've had three of these, two I've purchased and one replacement. The four leaf clover fell apart on each of them after 4-6 months. I wish they would give me store credit instead of fixing what will only break in a few months. By the way, I'm 55 and not hard on my things.

So cute yet so poorly made. Three of the individual clover leaves pivot or swing around a tiny center screw. The screw loosens constantly and the three leaves collapse over each other leaving you with what looks like a bowtie. Kept tightening the screw which eventually stripped and the three clover leaves fell off. Lasted a month.

I received my key-chain as a gift and loved it. However, it broke once I starting using it. I was lucky and found all the pieces of the heart and took it in to exchange it. After reading all the defects of this item, I would have thought Brighton would have exchanged it. They did not. They did send it out to be fixed and now it just sits in a box in my drawer.

I, too, purchased this key fob and it broke. I found it while on vacation at Myrtle beach and it broke about a year later. I loved the key fob. I was VERY disappointed when it broke. I think I might have a piece or two of it left, but after it broke I went to a different key ring.

When I saw the keychain I loved it. When I started using it it fell apart in three days. I am very unhappy with this product. I really thought you line was very good and reliaible but I guess I was wrong. I will share this with all of my friends and family.
