Twister Go Go Pouch Coin Purses & Pouches at Brighton

On April 7, 2013:
A friend of mine got one of these for her birthday, and after she let me look through it --(tons of compartments and places to organize/stash things), I wanted one too. My husband bought it for me for my birthday. It looks really small, but you can store a lot more in it that you would think. I tend to be a pack rat in purses, but this one fits the bill. It won't hold a makeup bag, but other than that, it can fit almost anything you need. I want one in every color!

I bought this in black for my granddaughter's 12th birthday as her first real "grown-up" ladies purse... and she LOVES it!!! (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she doesn't have the same problem with the strap that previous reviewers ave had.)

Had my purse over my shoulder when I was standing and it just fell to the floor. After reading reviews I suspect I might have the same with my replacement or repaired purse. Love the purse' light weight, functional and stylish. Recall and re enforce strap attachment and you have a winner. First attempt at customer service contact was a disregard of validation of the inconvenience. Second time I called I had a respectful representative who kept her promise and followed up with resolution. I really appreciated it since the purse was only 2 months old and for a purse at this price range I would have expected quality construction.

On June 26, 2012:
Loved the GoGo - perfect as a travel crossbody bag for a trip to Dublin. The strap broke in three days, and I had to continue my trip holding the bag together with safety pins! I will try to have Brighton repair, however based on the other reviews it doesn't seem likely that they will. The strap on $110 bag should not separate from the bag after a few wearings. My first Brighton purchase - may be my last. 2 stars for the pockets

I bought the black Twister GoGo (fell in love with the extra, extra, extra long strap)!on April 20th & the strap broke May 25th in the middle of running errands! Wish I had seen the reviews here first! Brighton won't return or exchange & I have to send out for repairs, haven't been to that side of town yet to drop off & have been told if I drop off at another location while traveling, it can only be sent back to that location or I will be charged to have it mailed to me! URGH! Most I have ever spent on a purse, I show it off to everyone and now I am telling everyone not to bother with the overly expense of Brighton purses!

I love this bag and hoped that the design defect had been resolved. However, within 60 days the strap on my bag also failed. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED in Brighton's response. The store would not even exchange it for the very same item .

I own three of these bags and LOVE each one! There are so many compartments to keep you super organized and the bag always looks brand new. The lightweight fabric is amazing. I would love to see tote bags and larger travel bags in this same style and fabric.

It's lightweight and has a number of convenient pockets. No need to carry a wallet. I love the narrow shoulder strap, however, within just several months the ring that holds the strap on the bag broke and pulled out from the body of the bag. Brighton is repairing it for me but I have been without it for 5 weeks. I really miss the bag. For the cost of the bag, I hope Brighton designs a more secure way of fastening the strap rings to the bag.

This is a good cross body bag with great organization in a lightweight bag. I own 3 colors. The downside is the strap broke while I was using the bag - and it happened twice with 2 different bags. Yes, I've sent the bags back to be repaired, but for the cost of these bags, this should not be happening. Now I do not want to use the bags for fear they will break again, and I'll be struck carrying the bag like a clutch for the rest of the day. A new strap design is warranted here Brighton!
