Too bad, so sad

Got this as a gift, wore it twice and it wont stop opening. Not only that but the charm gets stuck on the bracelet peice and I cant even take it off, so I just dont wear it anymore. Don't buy this... and Brighton, recall this please.

I really loved the suitcase charm as it fit my personality perfectly. The only problem was that within a few weeks, the handle broke off. I am going to purchase another one and see how it goes...

Loved the charm. Was given it as a gift. I only had it for about 2 weeks when I noticed one day that half the suitcase, (the side that opens and has the Italy and Paris on it ) was missing. I don't think it is very well made unfortunately.
