    don't fit and dry out

    I went to put in these refills with the black ends (the one you buy with the pen in the store have yellow at the end) and two of them were dried out and they don't fit. They are too short. I imagine they are poor quality, not equivalent to the originals, which they should be. Hope Brighton can fix this problem--investigate it as I know they are a top notch company.
