Anna Twist Ring Rings at Brighton

On May 4, 2013:
What a disappointment. I love the look of the ring, but the top came unscrewed (even though I checked it several times a day) and I lost the top and the bead. Too expensive to buy the ring and then have to keep repairing/replacing.

I've had the same issue with the bead falling off after the crystal screw came loose. I went to a craft store and purchased a small spring type ring and put it on first before the bead then screw the crystal in. It enables it to screw on tightly and hold. Works perfectly with all sizes of beads. Good luck!

Brighton jewelry is usually excellent quality. This ring is beautiful but have had to have it repaired twice already. Like the other styles of this ring. (I have 2 others) the screw top keeps breaking. Brighton needs to sell just the screw tops rather than having me wait 6 weeks each time I get it repaired

I bought this ring after complimenting a friend on hers. It took a long time to arrive as my size was sold out for a while and no local shops had it either. Anyway, finally got it! I love it. It is so versatile. It is a high profile ring. If you don't want a set up high ring, this is not for you. I have a spacer in mine which isn't as prominent as a bead. I love it. People believe that its real diamonds. I wear it as a right hand ring. I have had no problems thus far with mine such as falling apart. I've worn it nearly every day to work for a couple of weeks. Still like new. Now I am off to order more beads!

This ring is AWESOME! Love how it is so versatile and can be worn with anything. I receive compliments anytime I wear it-which is alot!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS RING!! I purchased this ring for myself. It has been on the ground more than my finger. I don't even get out the door before it falls apart and rings parts are everywhere. Also, had a friend who bought this same right and had the same issues. I have purchased many items from Brighton and this so far has been the most disappointing purchase. Also the store will not take it back on an exchange if it is past 30 days. ;(

I bought this ring for my 14yr and she loves it so much I want to purchase another one for myself. The fact that you can exchange the charm to fit your mood or your clothing is awesome. What a great idea. Brighton keep up the good job

I love this ring. I started receiving compliments the first day I wore it. It's a very comfortable fitting ring. It's classy and stylish. It's different and makes a statement. I would highly recommend this ring. It would make a great gift.

I fell in love with this ring the instant I saw it. My husband and boys gave it to me for Mother's Day. Within about 2 weeks, the post that holds the bead was broken. We took it back to the store where purchased and they replaced the post. However, after only wearing it for a couple of hours that same day, I looked down and the broken post and bead were on the counter in my kitchen. It's such a beautiful ring and I was so disappointed. I sent it back to Brighton, with the hopes of a replacement, but now I'm questioning whether or not I just want something different.

On July 16, 2012:
This ring is absolutely gorgeous! I got tons of compliments everywhere I went. I wore it for several months with no problems. One day when I was changing the bead the crystal broke off of the part you screw into the ring. I was so sad. I took it back to the store where I purchased it and they sent it back for me and I received a new one in about 6 weeks. I wore the new one for a couple of months and the same thing happened. I took it back to the store again and just exchanged it for something else. I wish Brighton could make this ring so that this would not keep happening. It is a really unique and beautiful ring.

On July 11, 2012:
I was not comfortable wearing a ring with such a tall setting. I returned it immediately. Even using small spacers instead of full sized charms didn't make enough of a difference for me to want to keep the ring.

On June 15, 2012:
I get more compliments on this ring. It is a real show stopper as it does sit high on my finger but has NOT been an issue at all! I have bought several stones to change the look of this fabulous ring!

I love my ring!! I received this as a Mothers Day gift from my husband and he purchased a bead that was from my son as his part of the gift!! I get so many compliments and I love to show people how cool it is and how you can make so many different rings! The bead has come loose a few times, just have to watch it. I wear mine everyday even though it says to not wear 24/7! I just love it!!

BROKE! Gorgeous ring. I have received so many compliments. But post broke off 2 months after receiving it as a gift. BRIGHTON SHOULD SELL REPLACEMENT POSTS to avoid the entire ring being sent back.

I wish I had read some reviews also before I bought the ring. I loved it when I saw it. It made it 6 hours before I noticed driving home the post was there and no setting. 1 days this is all I had it. I even checked to see it was tightened. I won't buy another ring like this from Brighton. I have always been so satisfied with their products, but this was VERY disappointing. Now my niece told me same thing happened to her the first week she wore hers. Spend your money on another ring.

I LOVE this ring!!! I have had it almost a month and have had no problems with it! I do hold the post from the bottom when I change beads to screw it on. After reading these reviews I would like to throw in on asking for a repair/replacement kit! I have not had a problem, but that way I could have a back up encase anything happened!!! I love it soooo much, I would be devastated!!!

I picked out this ring on my 1st ever trip to a Brighton store. I took my 12 year old son back and showed him what I would love to have for my up-coming 40th birthday. He and his twin brother surprised me with it and in the week after I got it, I bought 4 additional charms myself. Today, I walked into an appointment and glanced at my hand and all I see is the empty post sticking out of the band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read these prior reviews before having my boys spend their $$ on this ring that is obviously defective. I went into the Brighton store in Palm Desert where I was working for the day and they acted like they had NEVER heard of an issue! Come on now!!!!!! The manager was going to exchange my band for a new one however they did not have my size in stock. She wasn't however going to replace the charm that I had purchased online! I am hoping to get resolution at my local store.

I have had this ring for a week. I have already had the bead fall off several times or come loose. I had to keep making sure it was tight. Now the gem at the top has broken off from the screw. I will see if Brighton will replace it. t is a beautiful and interesting ring. I also wish they would make a smaller post for the mini beads.

I bought this ring for myself and received it on Dec 17th and returned it to Brighton on Dec 20th because it broke off and prior to that it came loose several times and the charm fell off. I just received it back 1/25/12 (over a month to get it back) less one of the interchangeable post which rendered the charms purchased for the ring useless. Now just this am, I looked down to find the charm missing because it came loose again. Lucky for me I found the 2 pieces and I am promptly demanding my money back. This past year I have purchased a Brighton purse, watch, many pieces of jewelry for gifts but this experience had made me question the quality of their products. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making this purchase. I would have saved alot of time and frustration. I wish I could rate this purchase as 0 stars.

On January 22, 2012:
I only owned my ring for a couple of weeks. Upon changing the bead to a new one (the first time) the screw broke off at the base. I was very upset. I liked the ring and it was ruined.

Additionally, the screw had a tendency to become loose when wearing the ring and had to be checked frequently.

I think this ring has a defect.

Lost the charm and post on the very first day of wearing my ring. I told my story to a salesperson in Brighton, but was given no replacements, just sorry it happened. So, I hope Brighton will sale replacement parts that you can buy. Now I am always making sure the screw is on tight.

Gets so much attention and many compliments. Just make sure you always check that screw and charm are tightly screwed in.

The ring came with two posts to adjust height but I really wish there was a lower setting. The ring was very tall and despite the European shank design was still rotating too much. The ring setting also broke off within a couple wears. Brighton allowed a return but I swapped for a necklace as I didn't want to encounter the same breakage.

I purchased this ring for myself after returning a charm that my husband bought me which I already had. I absolutely love it, its so fun and can be changed with the beads I already have on my bracelet!!

I too lost the screw along with the bead. I blamed it on myself. Maybe I didn't use a wrench to tighten it. But, I brought it back to Brighton. I have yet to pick it up. But I am confident that Brighton will take care of me. They always do!

I love the ring and the many ways you can change it up to match all your jewelry. You do need to make sure you hold the post on the bottom when you tighten to make sure it is tightened good.

I have the new ring and have worn it several times and have had no issues with it. I do make sure and hold the post on bottom when tightening the top so I make sure it is secure. Also do the same with the earrings. These are great to go with all your jewlery choices.

Wore when trying on clothes and the top came off along with the charm. I was devastated, but luckily Brighton came through and fixed my situation.

The first few days I wore it the top Screw fell off somewhere and the bead. Need replacement parts.
