I was contacted by Melinda at Brighton after writing my previous review. Melinda said they would pay for shipping and I returned the bracelet. 4 days later a new one arrived and I could not be happier. They certainly do stand behind their products and if there is a problem it will be made right. Thank you!
Not happy with finish

I have owned a brighton charm bracelet and loved it. However the finish on this Grandmother bracelet was very poor. It has become dull and sort of milky. I would have to pay to ship it back to Brighton for repair or replacemt, however I have already paid shipping costs once which is enough! I think the care instructions should be included with the piece.
