The new warranty coverage specifically excludes Brighton items which are purchased through on-line retailers and resellers, with the exception of those businesses listed below.

While we have the opportunity to sell much more product by authorizing widespread internet sales, we believe that by omitting Internet sales in this way the Brighton brand, our retailers and the customers will all benefit.

Brighton sells through fine retail specialty stores to ensure the highest quality service. Therefore, the warranty is valid only if the Brighton accessory was purchased new from a Brighton Retailer and the original receipt has been retained. Brighton retailers are not allowed to sell Brighton products on the Internet, through any on-line retailer or similar e-tailing website such as eBay (read more). Only those listed below are authorized to sell Brighton via the Internet.
